    Easy to install

    I got my exhaust fan and looked at the instructions and went to work putting it in. It was easy to install and easy to wire up. once I got all done and cut it on itrun quiet and the light was bright it was a good value and made good.

    Does Not Match Old Units with same Model Number

    If you are looking to replace the guts of an old Model of this fan (Mine was 26 years old) it is not a match, they did some redesign of the unit so you simply cannot replace the inside with the Motor Fan and Plate.

    Broan 678 Ventilator Fan Light

    High quality product for a very good price. The price was less than half of what I expected to pay, and about a third of the price in a home improvement chainstore. It is only a 50 cfm unit, but it is an exact replacement for my malfunctioning unit.
