The Optix 55 anti fog drops are great. Working on a remodel and wearing a Covid 19 mask while working was a pain. My prescription glasses would fog up so badly I could barely see out of them. My glasses are AR (Anti Reflective) and progressive bifocals. I was afraid to use anti fog on them because they are expensive and most brands of anti fog warn to not use with AR lenses. This product was made for AR lenses. The spray is not AR rated but the drops are. I bought a bottle of the drops and tried it. It worked so well I bought 2 more bottles It lasts all day and even has some anti fog effect the next day. I read the other reviews but decided to try it anyway. I am glad I did. I can not believe anyone could say the Optix 55 anti fog drops do not work. I have used 2 drops on each side of each lense for 21 days since I received it and have not had a fog failure yet. I wash my fingers, place the drops on the lenses and rub around with my fingers. I let it dry for a minute or so then buff off with a soft glass cleaner cloth. You are good to go for all day anti fog protection. I am a licensed pharmacist and researched all the anti fog products I could find. The Optix 55 drops seemed to be the best for AR lenses and the longest lasting protection. Others were not recommended for AR lenses and most must be reapplied several times a day. I have used around 1/3 bottle in the 21 days since I received it. The first bottle should lase a couple of months. You owe it to yourself to try the Optix 55 anti fog drops. Read full review

I've struggled with fogged up glasses since the start of the pandemic, but rarely have to deal with that issue anymore thanks to this anti-fog treatment. It is easy to apply, and works reasonably well. There are some conditions under which moisture will build up on the lenses, but this doesn't obstruct your view the same way that fog does.

Most anti-fog treatments won't stick to anti-reflective coated lenses. This works pretty well if you use a light touch when cleaning your glasses. I use a knit cotton cloth (old t-shirt) and the coating will stay effective through 4 or 5 cleanings. Microfiber lens cleaning cloths are a little too aggressive and will wear through the anti-fog coating with even light rubbing. The small bottle will go a long way, but the up front cost is a little steep.

This product does not work on my prescription anti reflective lenses. While wearing a mask due to the Coronavirus, my lenses actually fog up worse than they did before I used the product.

When you apply the anti-fog to the glasses, you can definitely see that it makes a difference. We put it on our glasses and then breathed on them, and the breath hardly showed up. Really useful for this winter of mask-wearing!
