Now Food's is a tested brand.. and they're known for their accuracy and this product is PURE Whey Protein Isolate.. and nothing else! Taste: It has a milky taste. Mixed into milk it tastes like thick milk.. Since it's unflavored, I recommend mixing in some bananas, strawberries or favorite powder or syrup (ie: chocolate powder, strawberry syrup).. or a few drops of vanilla extract Consistency: Mixes well, no clumps..
