I have been doing bathroom renovations for the last ten years and I use Delta (Including for my own bathrooms). Quality is consistently good. Installation of rough valves is clear and easy. You can mix the trim style that you see on the outside with the rough valves in the wall. It's easy to disassemble meltable pieces before putting heat to the valve to solder it into place. Cautions: install the cartridge to check for leaks. Don't use the cap that comes with the valve. Hot water and cold water can cross paths inside the valve. I will continue to be an advocate for these great plumbing projects.

One thing the instructions leave out..when the test cap is screwed onto the body, or the actual valve is inserted into the main body, they both need to be done using the BONNET screw-on to force them onto / into the main body..no way to push them in by hand, then attach the bonnet The unit was easy to work with and a very good buy compared with local stores. One outstanding unadvertised feature is the 1/4 total handle rotation.
