Nice Product! It took me some time to get used to them but I'm impressed. That is really a statement about me and my affliction and not the canes. My therapist thinks they are exactly what I need. My only concern is their adjustability. I'm only 5'9" and I have to extend them more than half way to adjust them per the instructions. Seems like I'm doing something wrong but I'm an educated person. If I was 6'3", I'm not sure these would fit. Must be me. Anyway, I'm not so these canes are great for me. I'm thinking about buying another set to donate to my therapist.

The handle has very small grip. I will have to modify with a bicycle grip or electrical tape; even then it may need further work to make it more comfortable.

Great for wife who has been on the cane. This makes her walk much more upright with less pain the next day. Great Product!!!

The scores reflect personal abilities. What doesn't work for me will work for someone else. That said . . .these canes are best for people who can still walk fairly upright. Those of us who stoop over do so because it is uncomfortable to stand or walk erect. We feel off balance and therefore insecure. I will try using at normal cane height and see if that works for me.
