The center hole is to large.. in fact twice the size of my current cut off wheels as can be seen in the first pic with the new wheel on top of the old one.. 2nd pic is of the new wheel on the grinder the hole in the cut off wheel is obviously to big 3rd is of the old wheel on the grinder.. it fit perfectly in conclusion this item does not fit my makita 4.5" grinder
