I liked the phone,but hated the fact it was sold to me as new and I had a hard time trying to erase the 57 peoples' names and numbers from the call log. The phone was never right and I really think it had been an item that had been returned before I ever set eyes on it. It was also very hard to program.

I like this VTech model because it is easy to use. The buttons take very little pressure to work. The range is not as good as my Panasonic KX-TGA651 Handsets but the Panasonics buttons are hard to push and don't connect every time you push. The VTech takes less button pushes to get the same results.
