Best AREDS 2, but DISCONTINUED
This AREDS 2 has better concentrations of critical eye supplements like Lutein, along with an expansive list of other ingredients beneficial to eye health. UNFORTUNATELY, it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, Nutrivein in the first quarter of 2022. I have not been able to find AREDS formulations anywhere close to Nutrivein's. Most have such scant amounts of eye nutrients, they seem like they are just selling using the AREDS name, but I'm guessing have no substantial benefit for eye health and maintenance. So far so good.
My husband's dizzy spells are no more. I suspected the spells were a side effect of another ARED brand but wasn't sure. Once he stop that brand and began this one, immediate change. I honestly can't tell about the rest yet. (I would have prefered a smaller capsul but to get these ingrediants, it's fine.)

Eye doctor recommended I start taking an eye vitamin since I’m experiencing some changes. He explained that most people don’t think about vitamins for maintaining eye health. After looking at several different brands, I decided to try Nutrivein as they are reasonably priced and contain the same ingredients as more expensive brands. I find them easy to swallow and fit into my pill container.

This is my second order and the first time I ordered I was kinda winging it and looking for an effective inexpensive product after my Opthalmologist suggested I take eye vitamins specifically with Areds 2 on the package for Maculer Degeneration . So I ordered four bottles to get started and did'nt realize I had gotten to the last bottle and ran out and between orders I went four days without when I realized taking the vitamins on a regular basis helped by reducing the blurring, pain and moisture in my eyes.
