    Great quality, but some issues

    I was very impressed with the quality of the parts and ease of assembly. I have assembled the chair and tested it's use. There's a lot I love about it. I am, unfortunately, having an issue withe the extreme curvature of the backrest, which prevents me from sliding backward into a comfortable position on the seat, of which about 10% is cut off by the inward lower curvature. In addition, the "tilt" feature has far too much tension despite turning the tension knob as far as it would go towards "-" (minimum). Tilting is not easy or smooth. I am torn right now because I am so impressed with the overall quality. I wish I could reduce the curvature or extend the seat forward, and that I could ease the tilt tension up to 50% more.

    Was hopeful, but the quality wasn't there for me

    It may have just been me, but the bolts didn't seem to fit into the base correctly. I was able to get it together enough to use the chair, but it's very creaky and wobbly for me.
