Just installed this on a Toto drake toilet. The original ones never seem to last more than a year or two before they start to leak. It seems like the water in the tank puts to much pressure on the flapper and the center section over time starts to cave in creating a leak around the sealing surface. This one is solid plastic which should fix the cave in problem. Seems well made and installation was fairly easy. I did have to bend the metal flush arm a bit to center the chain over the flapper and the number 6 that they referenced in the instructions for the adjustment for my toilet didn't seem to flush the same. With a little trail and error I ended up at 4 and it works well now. I just ordered another one for my other toilet.

new toilets need a good flapper to work, and this one fits the trick! a rocket scientist can even figure out how to put this in...but NOT my son! takes about 30 seconds to pull the old one out, watch how you disassemble it, and another 2 minutes, your good to go! (use the toilet) buy it!
