This was bought as a back up to the same TS302 printer I already have. It will stay packaged until my first one gives out. The printer is basically good for simple printing, but has a tendency to pull several sheets of paper at the same time. If really important printing is to be done, the paper needs to be shuffled and"curved" several times before loading. The printer otherwise runs fine in both wired and wi-fi mode, and Canon technical support is quickly available if there are any issues.

Had to pay to have a trouble shooter get it to work with my WiFi. Would not connect to my 5ghz. Had to use slower connection. Scanner is not what you would expect since you have to take a photo with your phone and send it to the printer.

The printer would not connect to WIFI. I had to call Canon for assistance. It took quite a while to get it set up. The bottom line -- The printer was new and a utility program that I use did not have the ID code to recognize it. But, Canon succeeded in a work around and got the printer set up. I bought this to be a photo printer only and the print quality is excellent.

Small, light weight. Easy to use. The only problem was that the power cord won't stay connected with out duct tape! Great value.

It is a little larger then I expected.. I have problems with it picking up a lot of paper when I try to print. So far I haven't figured out a way to prevent that. It prints a good page to the one being printed.
