Sometimes it loses connection and you have to hit the buttons a lot before it starts responding again. Also I agree with the other reviewers that the backlight should stay on longer. It stays on for about 1-2 seconds. I'm sure this is to preserve battery life but I would sacrifice having to change the batteries a little more often to have it stay on longer. The media control buttons, which are the main reason I bought this remote, are way up at the top, making them awkward to find, especially when the buttons are dark most of the time.

Very good. Use it all the time. Works out of the box. No setup at all. To work with TV takes a little setup, nothing much though. Xbox One Guide - TV - Automatic. That’s it. Now it turns my TV on/off when the Xbox turns on/off and controls volume. Very simple and easy to use. Word of warning though, the Xbox needs to be in view of the TV due to how the sensors communicate to each other. Very good product though.

You can control your TV on/off and volume with this. And your cable box. Feels really comfortable in your hand. Back light is awesome. Just wish it stays on longer. When in your hand. Netflix is 10 times faster and more responsive with the best picture on the Xbox one X. This remote also controls my old marantz amplifier volume. The directions are not very clear on how to connect to your TV. Once you play with it for a while and get more comfortable with it then u will fall in love with it.. I highly recommend this remote! Especially for the price!
