I have noticed smoother skin in only two weeks...this stuff really works! However, its not exactly tasteless, and mixing it in anything but water changes the taste of your beverage. Also, it doesn't mix well in cold drinks, gets clumpy....yuck. So I have been mixing it in warm water only. Will probably give another brand a try for better taste and easier mixing!
