I am so happy with this product. This is my first time using this formula, and I've found it to really help remove any stains or dirt. Here's the thing, it's expensive given that it is prediluted for small hand held carpet cleaners. The product works, but it would probably be more cost effective to take the more concentrated product and dilute it. For my Bissell unit, a small spot cleaner takes 4 oz of this product. So a few minor spills or pet accidents and you need another bottle.
