I have used this robot for cleaning just 2 times so far and have not been used for mopping yet. The manual and the App don’t tell a whole lot about how to use the robot. The mapping of App is not useful at all. I was not able to send the robot to the docking station. So far so good I like The robot it’s is quiet, but I disappointed when I have found something that I have not expected. 1 the original product information of the robot on the box was removed. 2 The robot had a deep long scratch on the top cover. It’s visible damage but I don’t really concern about that as long it’s working. I don’t usually return or write reviews when buying the product online unless I have to. 3 according to the app history of this robot, this robot had been used a multiple times on a different occasions and I am not sure if these were the testing records or the used product but when I unpacked the box and looked at the product wrapping inside the the box. Everything seemed to look like a new product. I will try to use the mopping mode later when I have a chance and see how it works.Read full review
