The mailing bag was completely open when it arrived and the box was crushed open. I gave it a positive, because the meter is new as described, and seemed unharmed. The set up was a breeze, and the first testing gave an accurate reading. (I tested it against another meter, and it read exactly the same,) Time will tell if it continues to work properly and wasn’t damaged in shipping. More care should be taken in packaging. Thank You
