I bought "Adventures in Odyssey" for a few reasons...and these same reasons are why I bought it in the first place. #1 I used to hear it as a kid...well young teen. #2 It comes from Focus on the Family and I KNOW I can trust them. #3 My kids love to listen to it. #4 It teaches them Biblically sound principals. #5 It sometimes teaches them historical things as well. #6 It is a LISTENING activity and as a teacher I recognize the importance of good listening skills and good listening comprehension. It is all-around good for them! And they love it, too!

Each story has a moral decision the children make, they are guided through the decision process my friends and events that challange them and their beleifs. It gives childred an additional set of role modls outside of their normal friends and television that is positive and christian.
