Great tool , versatile and easy to use .
I bought this brand because I have used a coworkers dremel and got familiar with it . I use it with open pin-point flame to soldier larger # 16 , 12, and 10 stranded wire. Also use it to apply heat shrink . Simple to use and is durable .

A Dremel 'dream' of a torch
I would have stayed with a red handle, Radio Shack torch with interchangeable tips. I've owned 4 of them in the last 17 years or so. But they are not easily available, so I picked up on the Dremel. I like their power tool. It is a nice little piece. So far, the Dremel Torch is better than any torch I've ever used. Time will tell, but parts are available.

Very good butane torch!
Comparable to brands like snap on for 1/10th the cost! Great litte torch and for smaller projects lasts forever, bigger projects the butane goes relatively fast however worth it in the long run. I still have an electric one just to back this one up but highly reccomend

Pros I use this torch everyday in my work and at home and I love this torch it is tough rugged patella nice precision super hot flame making solder even copper plumbing pipes without it taking forever is the most versatile torch I've ever owned and has the largest butane Reservoir so you can use it for a couple days under normal use till you have to refill. Cons. The orifice tends to clog up after your period Of time of use. I've gone through several of these torches due to a little tiny orifice getting clogged and you cannot clean the orifice and you cannot find this orfice anywhere for sale I have three of these Dremel torches sitting on the shelf that are unusable just because of the orifice. BernzOmatic torches I own I've never had this problem intend to be more reliable at the cost of quality and butane capacityRead full review
