Martin Strings M175
I own several guitars. Most of them (Gibson's) I classify as "Instruments." They are excellent quality instruments under any circumstances and demand only the best quality strings available. I bought the Martin M175's in bulk to service my guitars and have not been disappointed in their performance. Thus far, they are clean sounding and resonate with a reasonable brilliance. I use both Mesa Boogie and Fender amplifiers (tube and solid state) with TASCAM recording and JBL sound systems and the sound reproduction of the M175 Martin strings is good. I ordered these strings as a gift for a personal friend. He is very pleased with these strings and says they perform very well on his vintage Martin D-28 Herringbone guitar.
