We have a lot of storage units on our property, most with flat roofs. We have used the Henry Dura-Brite product for the last 15 years. We use it to seal-up and protect the roofs from the damaging effects of the weather, to help ensure that our storage clients don't end up with a leaky roof. We get a lot of hail and heavy rains in the summer, so we re-coat the roofs every three years. It isn't that hard, you can either roll it on with a roller, or spray it on with a paint spraygun. We have applied it either way and it goes on easily but thickly. The coating has a rubbery feel to it. Hail bounces right off without dinging-up the metal.
