Please understand that anything I say is entirely subjective, but this supplement seems to me to be more effective and easier to tolerate than others at the same high dose. I make a morning coffee substitute, using roasted chicory, coconut oil, soy milk and this product, steamed together. My drink provides a definite "lift" when this product is included. The powder form is useful in this respect and actually gives my drink a more coffee like flavour.
