I used this in a carpet extractor, used it 16:1, that is 8 oz per gallon of water, inside a VERY dirty, smelly truck carpet. Cleaned great, smelled great. BUT, after all done cleaning and vacuuming as much water out, I had a lot of soap residue. I ran my hand over it and it was slippery. Ended up using straight water a couple of passes to get the soap out. I did use a defoamer in the catch basin with no issues. So, i would not use this in a carpet extractor machine at least with the 16:1 dilution. Seems to me that I needed a much more dilute solution everywhere. I realize they make a chemical for extractors, but I was doing carpets, upholstery, etc.. SO, I bought one flavor and tried it. Just sharing my experience. Also used it in a tornado gun, that was awesome, but also have to follow up with water. After using water for a chaser, it worked great. Just wanted to share my experience. I am pretty sure it cleaned better than using straight extractor chemicals, but a painful rinse cycle.

My cloth car seats were stained and looked awful. I diluted this product in hot water, and then used a brush attachment on my drill to scrub it into the fabric. Then I used an extractor to get out the dirty water. The seats look a million times better now!

I'm a master detailer. I used to use Vesco Car Bright products. Now I use 3D products. This shampoo has a nice lime citrus smell too it & does a great job getting rid of odors in carpet, seats, & headliners. A good airgun & this product can help you not have to extract on most vehicles & does not dry & leave white residue. I highly recommended this product over more pricey products such as Car Bright or Chemical Guys.
