Great Item! Even though we have wall mounted paper towel rolls at our office break room, it seems the roll is always out when you need a paper towel. So we got this to be the backup alternative yo sit right below it. It is much easier to grab a folded paper towel than tear off a towel from the roll and we are actually using this option first. One plus is the next towel is cleaner because wet/dirty hands didn't have to hold the roll to tear. I haven't figured the cost difference but I bet we are saving this way. I purchased several, we put one on the bathroom counter. It keeps the towels clean and dry and is a modern look. I even purchase more for my home kitchen because I prefer using them and you can always add another bundle and never run out.
There are two sizes of folded paper towel and we use them interchangeably. This holds them both. The larger fits perfectly, the smaller just has a little extra space on the sides.
These are made of strong and thick enough acrylic that they will last forever if they are not dropped. The item arrived well packed and no units were chipped. Several did have a crack going down the middle of the bottom. I think this was a manufacturing issue. Since the bottom is raised slighly this will not be a problem even if water seeped in under the dispenser.
