I got this for my husband as a grab and go breakfast that he could take to work. He loves these, and goes through them fast. As you can see he's almost out of the blackberry one so I might have to purchase that one too. I love Kashi as a brand. Will be purchasing again.

I'm becoming a big fan of Kashi for my family and these cereal bars are great! (And the apple ones, too.) My 20 month old has severe food allergies and kashi bars are one of the only easy things she can have for breakfast (meaning, if she doesn't have a kashi bar, I'll be whipping something up from scratch... and 20 month olds tend to like breakfast sooner rather than much later). So for our family, these are a staple.

Also, given that we live in the country, these are not available to us locally, so being able to buy them via amazon's subscription makes it VERY helpful for our family. (Unless amazon runs out and it takes them a month to get them in stock and delivered which kind of defeats to point of a subscription... *ahem*... amazon, you might want to work on that.)

Overall though, I'd recommend these! I love how healthy they are. I love how they have wholesome ingredients (that my daughter isn't allergic to). And I love that they have all that and still taste good! Thanks, Kashi!

I love the strawberry flavor of these. I bought these with the Subscribe & Save discount and got them for a very reasonable price - $2.53 p/box. The expiration date for all 6 boxes isn't until Sept 2012. I can guarantee all of the cereal bars will be eaten way before then! I had been buying the Nutragrain bars for our house but like a lot of parents, want to give the best foods to my son. At the price I got through Amazon, I'm able to do that without hurting the bank. Wish they would come out with more fruit flavors! (On a side note because I was dairy free for a year when my son was a baby & allergic to dairy... these are dairy free!)

These bars taste pretty good overall. They are an outer sweet biscuit with an inner jam tasting filling. They taste pretty good, especially when you first bite into them. The aftertaste is a bit drying. It is something about the biscuit, it tastes good but has a slightly chalky consistency after you start chewing it (it doesn't actually taste chalky, it just feels a bit chalky textured in your mouth once you have chewed it up). So, I recommend drinking it with a glass of water, juice or milk. I eat them with milk and find that when paired with milk it actually has a pleasing cookie type flavor and if I dunk it in milk I completely avoid any chalky type texture.

My kids also love these bars and I give them to them as a treat, occasionally. You can get a good price on these bars with Subscribe and Save. Since they taste good I recommend them. Just be sure to have a drink on hand because you will be thirsty after you have one!

I didn’t read the reviews until after I purchased these and got paranoid when I read that people were saying they were hard and/or stale. I have to say, none of mine have been hard or stale and I’ve received two different shipments.

These are also a great price, considering the cheapest I can find is $3 at Walmart. I’ll continue purchasing them as long as they’re in stock and priced well.

These have excellent flavor. The blackberry bars are actually better than the strawberry ones. The strawberry are good too, they are just a bit drier. We used to really like the Fiber 1 pastries for the kids in the morning. They had some fiber and tasted much better than regular pop tarts. Well the Fiber 1 pastries aren't made any more so we've been searching for something else. We tried some organic/fiber pastries but they were way too dry. These are finally a good replacement. I use these to give the kids something eat while I'm getting ready for work. It does the trick until mom gets up and makes them breakfast.

And life doesn't get much easier than Amazon's subscribe & save!
