I've been using this marinade for years. I'm glad to see that it's not gone and Weber took over the Grill Creations packets. I don't think they come with marinating bags anymore; just the spice packet. This marinade is heavy on peppercorn and packed with flavor so just know this before going in.
As in another review, I use this mainly on tri-tip. I use 1/4 cup Orange Juice in place of water and put all the ingredients into a gallon zip-lock bag. Shake it up and then add pre-cut meat (tri-tip) cut into about 2" pieces. Make sure you get all of the air out of the bag so you have complete coverage. You can marinate them for 20 min or overnight. It says use vegetable oil but I use olive.

Hands down the best steak marinade available. It’s also the only one you can’t find in stores. Just don’t let it marinate too long, as the vinegar will make the steak too tender. And due to how wet the steak is with the marinade, grill at higher than usual temp to get a good char.

We have been using the Peppercorn for years on steaks. Once you try it you will never grill a steak again without it. As others have stated we use it 1/2 strength (1/2 packet and full water and oil) and marinate steaks for the 2 of us. We had friends over last night and they said they are not big into marinades. I talked then into trying it on rib eyes that I was grilled and they are hooked. I talked to them this morning and they said when they woke up this morning they both said the steaks last night were the best steaks they have ever eaten.

I will cry if Weber ever stops makin this marinade. Marinate for hours or >15 minutes. Seer the 1.25" thick steak at the highest grill temperature possible, 4 minutes per side, perfectly rare. My wife and I refuse to buy steaks at a restaurant now, because they never hold up to ones with this marinade.
