Prompt delivery. This product seems sturdy however, we learned how not to clean this product. This only happened to this particular size only as we ordered mats of different sizes at the same time. We folded ours for cleaning and the center pieces tore at the crease. I suggest rolling the product before transporting to the cleaning area. We are a new kitchen and learned a good lesson.
