We make a Christmas tradition of buying a wheel of this cheese and eating it throughout the holiday. We just set it out where people are gathered, along with one of those handheld cheese slicers that's shaped like a trowel. It's a convenient size to just drag the slicer across the top face of the cheese and you get a strip of cheese that's a good to eat straight, lay on a piece of bread or a sandwich, or fold in half or triple to put on a cracker, maybe with some summer sausage. Our holiday wheel might sit out for a couple of hours, with people dragging slices off of it, and then go back in the fridge until the next day. 3 pounds is just the right amount for my family of 4 to eat quite a lot of for about a week, and by the time it's gone, we've gotten our fill.
I took one star off, because I hate paying this much for it. But I've done it several times, so it's not like anyone else is offering the same product for less. At least the shipping is free. If you buy directly from the Swiss Colony's catalog, they will charge you $15 bucks extra just to ship it, but they will be able to time the delivery to arrive whenever you want. And if you do want it at Christmas, you should NOT wait to order thinking you can time the delivery by when you place your order. They tend to sell out by early December.

This is the worst tasting cheese ever. And a good part of it is cornstarch according to the label! Yuck! What a waste of money. I am feeding it to the koi in my pond. Don’t waste your money on this.
