This was a replacement for a really old faucet on my basement laundry sink that started leaking.
It's a nice faucet, looks good and works fine. It was easy to install with no surprises.
I needed a faucet that I could hook a garden hose up to when needed and this fit the bill. Once installed I found out that I really needed an aerator on the spout in order to get a consistent stream of water that didn't splash all over the place. So I ordered this water hose thread aerator adapter,

The $12 aerator adapter worked perfectly.
BUT...
One thing that I wished that I knew before I purchased this faucet!. Take a look at the spout in the pics provided by Amazon above. See the threaded end of the spout where the garden hose attaches? That's an adapter and it unscrews from the spout and the threads that are used to screw this adapter onto are the same threads that a regular aerator uses...
So I didn't need to buy the $12 aerator adapter at all! I could have just unscrewed that threaded ring and screwed a regular aerator onto it as I have a bunch of those things.
Oh well. Live and learn. Take my advice, unless you want to spend more than you have too.
