Fit was a little tight

I bought this leotard for my 5 year old daughter for gymnastics. I ordered the size 5/6 because she is totally average in height and weight (50% in both) and wears clothing sizes 5/6. The leotard is beautiful, but my daughter complains that it is tight in the crotch area. She has many leotards and doesn't complain about any others, just this one. Would have given it a 5 star rating if the fit was better.

Gymnastics Leotard

I purchased this leotard for my first-grader's gymnastics class.

The fit was just right, not too loose, not too tight.

The fabric is also more comfortable than most "shiny" leotards. There have been no complaints about it being itchy at all.

The style is great, and the rhinestone accents stay put. I have washed this leotard five times, and everything is still where it should be.

Wears well. Watch out for color running...do NOT let it sit any where wet. Care instructions say to tumble dry, but I suggest hanging it to avoid staining the inside of your dryer.

Pretty but gems fall off

This leotard is a beautiful purple color and the fabric is very nice. Unfortunately, the gems keep falling off. I have only washed it once, by hand, to try to preserve it. I had to go to the craft store and buy gems and the tool to melt them on. So far the ones I replaced stay on, but the ones applied at factory continue dropping off one by one. Now that I have the tool I can fix it, but what a pain. Too bad because this leotard is just gorgeous.
