Out of all the KIND bars, these are my faves. The first KIND bars I ever tried where the ones that are mainly nuts and they are just TOO hard and chewy. These are just chewy. I bought these in a variety box, set of 3, mainly for my hubs to take to work for snack.
I must be part bird because I love the little pieces of millet in them! I also love that they are nonGMO - I don't care what anyone says, I personally choose to live a nonGMO lifestyle to the best of my ability. The naysayers claim that GMOs are totally harmless but this statement is not based on fact (mainly because there have been NO long term studies). I do know that when I switched to an organic/nonGMO lifestyle, I feel so much better overall and these granola bars only add to that. I love that I can eat them without the guilt. I look back and cannot believe that I used to eat processed junk like those boxes of 99 cent snack cakes. (bleh)
The packages I received were fresh and since I ordered them at the end of April, they didn't melt during shipment. Melting would be my only concern if these were bought in the middle of the summer. Other than that, they are perfect and I can't think of a thing negative to say about them (other than price, but hey, at least it's not going to cost me thousands later in medical bills) I'd rather pay a little more now than a lot later for not eating healthy when I was younger.

Great variety and good size for a snack or mor ing
Very good flavors. Good variety. Don't leave outside very long or bars will be very soft, but a trip to the fridge will help reset.
