From the manufacturer
Expressive Addition to Your Performance
Universal Expression Pedal
The EP-3 is a robust and reliable universal expression pedal designed to work with any keyboard, synthesizer, or effects pedal with an expression or CV input. Built to withstand the rigors of daily use, while providing the action and feel you need for precise, musical expression.
Can I use the EP-3 with my modular/semi-modular devices?
The EP-3 is a passive expression pedal. In order to control CV devices, the pedal needs to be powered, as passive expression pedals do not generate voltages by themself.
Can the EP-3 be used as a volume pedal?
Unlike a line volume pedal, there is just a single out connecting to the expression pedal input on your device. You can approximate this effect if your device allows volume to be controlled via the expression input.
What does the “standard/other” switch do?
The “standard” mode is designed for use with Moog synthesizers and expression pedals. The “other” mode ensures compatibility with non-Moog gear and will work with most synthesizers with an expression input.
Will I need a TS cable or a TRS cable for use with the EP-3?
The EP3 will only function with a TRS cable.
What are the specs of the internal pots?
Both internal pots are B100K.

If you are planning to use it with Maschine you will need Expression pedal to USB converter.
I have "DOREMIDI MPC-10" and they works great with it, sometime I need to unplug and plug it back again but that is the expression pedals issue
I am using Maschine mk3 and Guitar rig software.
It was rather difficult figuring out how to actually control the voices using the pedal, as the Yamaha manual is very dense but that's on Yamaha, not Moog. For example lets say I wanted to set up a Wah effect on the guitar sound. First I chose my guitar voice. Then I had to set which CC to control in the Utilities > Controller > FC1. This is basically giving the controller a name that MIDI can use. I picked CC#12 because it was unused. Then I had to find the effect I wanted to do in Edit > Part > 05: Voice Insert Eff, trying to figure out what all these ridiculous abbreviations mean. Turns out the one I was looking for was "WAH: VCM PedalWah". Then finally I set the effect to be controlled by the foot controller in Edit > Part > 07: Voice Ctrl Set > Set6 (pick an unused set) > Source = FC1, "Dest=INSA:EfPdCtl", Depth=+63
And then finally with all these gosh dang settings, the darn guitar sound actually went wah. So much gobbledegook abbreviations bleah

I gave it 5 stars due to the price/quality ratio being very good.
Lo uso con un Kemper y estoy muy contento. Probablemente adquiera otro para asignarle otros usos en paralelo.
