These are hitting the mark they are trying to hit. I'll admit, I haven't tried cheese-its in over 20+ years, but these taste exactly like i remember them, and that is probably 95% of the way there. Probably a bit less greasey to boot.

Just a great product to lure your cheese bloated friend to the light side. You know the cheese lover one, that believes cheese can't be replaced. Well they are wrong, cheese is more so a microbe created flavor and this proves it.

They are very strong in cheddar flavor, and salty.

I also wish they made a gluten-free version, without charging more, by the way, maybe a rice cracker version. Just so one could indulge without falling asleep from all the heaviness of the wheat crackers.

These go on sale for "III" bucks or so, or less. Least until this company gets a foothold of the vegan snack market, they are clearly amid a strong push, to become a pantry stable, and it's kinda working.

They are a little floury tasting. I use them, though. One box came with much of it crushed. For soup it was fine, anyway. I ordered two boxes. I live very rural and most organic food is usually two hours away. So I do appreciate having these on hand. Best for soups, they don't hold up too well as an appetizer, as with cheese on it, for example.

Came today. Arrived protected in a box, so no complaint about it being smashed into dust. Says it's non GMO organic . Great. The crackers had body and there were no crumbs in the package. I liked it. Mikey liked it. It's not a weak crumbly sweet tasting cracker as this is the type I'd give to soldiers in WWII if I was in charge of food.

Crackers were all broken up. When I picked one up that wasn't broken it was so flimsy it immediately crumbled. They are not sturdy like a saltine cracker. Not good for spreading anything on it or dip/hummus/Salsa as they will break up immediately. They were fresh not stale at all and not too salty.

I titled this problematic because I could eat an oceans worth of these crackers. As a vegan trying to find a good Cheeze-it replacement took years and I'm so glad that I found these. The flavor is amazing. I always have to order more than one box because I go through them so fast! If you're on the fence, just get them.
