About our Premium Erythritol Sweetener:

Erythritol is a sugar substitute also referred to as a sugar alcohol. The sugar alcohols are counted as carbohydrates in the nutrition label. Their caloric effect on the body is lower than that of a normal carb which is why it has zero calories.

For every 1 tsp (4g) there are 4 grams of

carbohydrates and zero sugars. Being a sugar alcohol, Erythritol does not affect blood sugar making it suitable for a low-carb diet! Even though there are 4 grams of carbohydrates in erythritol you would subtract them from the total carb count because they are just ingested and then excreted by our bodies. Our bodies simply cannot metabolize it or use it for energy.

Anthony’s Erythritol is Gluten Free and Non-GMO, with no other additives. This

sweetener is 70% as sweet as table sugar without the calories. Use Anthony’s Erythritol to replace sugar in baked goods, beverages and more without causing a spike in blood sugar or adding extra calories to your diet!

I have been using Erythritol for about 5years now. I have had no negative side effects. I started with Splenda/ stevia blend then Xylitol it made me sick, Stevia and monk too sweet and horrible aftertaste.

I saw the ingredients on Bai juice, then I searched for it when it wasn't a thing, the brand I started out with was made from corn, so about 3/4 years ago stumbled on Anthony's, said it was NOT corn based but plant based. I switched over. Its 70% less sweet, I do not add extra because I find that my tea or coffee becomes very sweet. I bake everything with it, no additions, When I need powdered sugar I pulverized it. Only draw back it doesn't make for good syrup, it crystallizes.

I have a sweet tooth and I used to be really, really fat. This stuff played a key role in reducing my weight. It tastes sweet, with no weird aftertaste. Works fine in baking, but I mostly mix it with cinnamon and use it as a sweet topping for bland, low-calorie cereals or for cinnamon toast, etc. Lots cheaper via Amazon than in the grocery stores, and this package is bigger than what the stores carry.

I've ordered this product in this packaging several times, and a few times the bag had been bashed around so much in shipping that it was leaking by the time it arrives. My reaction is to shrug, but I suppose this could be a worry if you're more persnickety than me.

Would buy again and again, and I'm buying another bag today.

I liked it, great taste and it really added the sweet taste to my shakes. I am currently following ketogenic lifestyle, going to follow it for the rest of my life, and needed to find a sugar substitute asap. I found this after looking at some youtube video reviewers and their glowing reviews of erythritol. I used it for a week and it was good, but sadly I had horrible migraine a week after I began using it. I suffer from ocular migraines, since I was a child, and nothing had given me a migraine till I began integrating erythritol in my diet. If you are a migraine sufferer be warn that erythritol could end up being a migraine trigger for you. It was for me, it is a great item and sadly I can't consume it. I decided to give the bag to my parents, and it is great for them since they are diabetic and this will help them a lot. I decided to move to pure stevia instead, which is a great ingredient too as long as you measure the usage and grams correctly and don't over do it. I haven't had a migraine attack since using stevia too. Big plus with that!!

I normally buy swerve products, but while I was shopping for Thanksgiving food, I realized how much swerve I was going to have to buy, and I decided to search on Amazon for an alternative. I looked at prices, reviews, and possible sizes. I liked that this was available in 5 lb bags, which meant that it would be enough for all my low carb bakery items, with plenty left over for for regular use and Christmas. I have to say that I love this! I normally use stevia glycerite along with this, which IMHO and research is basically what swerve is. I even bought a burr grinder, so that I could make some of this into the confectioner version. I have to say that I will NEVER buy swerve again, and that this is not only a quality sugar substitute, but at a great price, too. I use this in basically all my low carb cooking and baking where it calls for a sugar substitute (I follow the low car/ketogenic lifestyle).

Was that over the top? I've got diabetes and I'm beating it without drugs. Part of that lifestyle doesn't require giving up sweetners when this and allulose exist. Forget about all the sugar substitutes you see on the restaurant tables... this one is better tasting and better for you. NO aftertaste/odd taste. This tastes exactly like sugar with the only difference (and this took a bit to figure out) being that it has a slight cooling effect to your tongue and no aftertaste at all... including none of normal sugars residual taste. It just tastes like sugar and then it's gone. You body doesn't process it like sugar so it'll have no impact on your blood sugar levels short or long term. Read up on it and then buy some. This is a nice quantity for months of enjoyment. If you need your sweet tooth satisfied and are doing Atkins/Keto/Low carb lifestyles... just get some. Use it in your coffee like I do... and since I have been using it at work since around March along with my students, I just finished off my first bag. No one has brought in any actual sugar since that ran out, they just use my erythritol with zero complaints.
