The end result is a less sweet prosciutto compared to the Parma prosciuttos with no preservatives. This is an ideal prosciutto when perfect slices are needed due to its drier texture. This product arrives thinly sliced unless otherwise requested.

Great sliced ham quality. It is a very good Prague kind ham. Packaging is great as it is cut very thin which is to me the best way to appreciate the meat. I think it is delicious, but very salty so do not abuse. Made in Italy with Pata negra pigs which grew in Czech Republic. The meet is melty in the mouth, yummy. There is a little bit of oil on the surface. The products has a nut taste. It was delivered on time finally. USPS had lost my first package and when it was delivered it turned out it was chocolate...I was disappointed, but the Caputo Company was definitely attentive and helpful to solve the problem. I will reorder again.
