Description ‘The farm’ antiques shop displays knick-knacks and memorabilia galore; from big Wheel bikes, to fine chine and candle sticks. The trees are full of color on this cool day, perfect for exploring the shop. Visitors and city dwellers alike explore the local shops. This town has everything you need including a tailor, general store, hardware store, jeweler, cabinet maker, and even a violin teacher. Freshly cut flowers balance in a basket as sheep and cattle Graze on a sunny spring day. Wysocki's signature horse and buggy can be seen in the distance near a quaint countryside home among fresh apple trees. As a storm brews, animals have gathered two-by-two to join their friend Noah. Lions, Buffalo, Giraffes and many other animals have gathered to board the massive ship at the banks of the rising waters. A boy stands proud as he displays his prized catch of the day. The Angler’s father stands cheerful in his son’s accomplishment, pipe in mouth. The local fishing supplies store stands behind them at the edge of the lake in the American countryside. A traveling photographer sets up his camp in the woods outside of town. The photographer’s wife prepares dinner while he shaves using a mirror attached to a tree. His horse-drawn cart displays his recent photographs as a testimony to his work.

    This is a beautifully colored and detailed puzzle. All the humorous cat references are fun, and I look forward to putting this together with my adult daughter. I ordered several new puzzles and she zeroed in on this one to do first. This puzzle can be found in 1000 pieces but my eyes are aging and I opted for the 750 piece version. Also, I have to do my puzzles on a puzzle mat and cover them up each time I take a break as my cats (LOL) always try to dig underneath the pieces and hockey puck them around on the floor. I like puzzles like this with lots of detail, but not a constantly repeating pattern or large areas of identical color where the only way to complete the area is by shape of the individual pieces. This type of design is challenging without being frustrating. The puzzle pieces have a nice finish and are of medium thickness, not flimsy, and appear to have clean edges so they should fit together well. The puzzle arrived within a few days of ordering even though shipping delays were projected due to Christmas and the pandemic.

    I got this puzzle as a christmas gift. It was very fun to assemble, all the book titles and binding colors made it fun and easy to assemble. There are a bunch of fun and intricate details that we discovered while assembling the puzzle. The cat and mouse are so cute.

    I was going to give this puzzle 6 stars, but unfortunately I had to remove 1 star because there was an extra piece included in this puzzle. Very false advertising! The box clearly states that there are 750 pieces, yet there were 751.

    My poor sister, bless her soul, found the extra piece quite early, and became determined to find where it belonged in the puzzle. She wasted away trying to find where it connected. She refused to rest during her search. By the time we finished the puzzle, she was still holding onto to the 751st piece. This discovery made something in her mind snap, possibly the realization that she wasted so much time and energy on that one extra piece. Or perhaps it was the thought that some poor soul assembled another puzzle to discover that they were missing a piece, her piece. She now lives in an insane asylum in Arizona. We visit her around Christmas time every year, but I don't think she recognizes us.

    Cute picture, nice color, not hard to do because of the detail of the individual books. We were missing a piece and many of the others were cut poorly with torn bits. I am surprised at how many people get puzzles with missing pieces, (or maybe we're just more likely to post a review). We'll see if the missing piece promise the maker offers comes through. I liked putting it together though.
    Updated to add that the missing piece promise worked! I really appreciate the lengths that Buffalo Arts has gone through to make this right, I've bought three more of their puzzles.
