Wheel tread is made of specially formulated synthetic rubber to protect hardwood, LVT, laminate, tile, slate, and all other hard floor surfaces. Unlike other caster wheels, this 4-piece rubber caster wheel set contains two universal attachment options. Whether you need to mount these to a chair with a 5/16" stem or to a cabinet using a flat top plate, this handy pack includes all the required mounting hardware. Ideal replacement set or in new construction of chairs, tables, racks, storage containers, carts, and more. A set of 4 has a moving load capacity of 264 lbs. and a static load rating of 308 lbs. Perfect for home, office or industrial use, our wheels carry a 5-year limited . (1-year commercial). Not recommended as replacement chair casters unless chair socket is 5/16" diameter. Most office chairs require casters with 7/8" diameter stem.

OK I don't giddy about products terribly often, however. Super impressed with these casters. Sturdy as heck. Nice engineering, easy to install, flexible install. Easily twice the weight of the originals. This stereo rack was very expensive 45 years ago but when I got to examining the original casters, I was amazed how flimsy they were and one broke. The track and my equipment weigh quite a bit and for the first time ever I won't worry about rolling it around. Then the bang for the buck aspect of it. I couldn't find anything for twice the price that would have been better. Thanks!

These are solid wheels, they work well, decent price, came quickly. Pretty dummy proof. I surface mounted these on the cart I was making. They come with the alternate hardware to drill into an item to install as well as the surface plates. So, I was left with a lot of extra hardware. While I understand the convenience, I'd prefer to get a package with only the hardware needed and have the option to buy one or the other. Someday, I may smelt all my extra hardware, screws and bolts into a large yard statue. Or maybe another tool, or maybe I will learn to weld and use these things in a piece of art. But that isn't happening any time soon.

Been hunting for awhile for replacement casters for a hosp style bedside table that had noisy and sticky casters after using it for 8 yrs. finally found these hoping they would work. Couldn't use the post provided had to pull mount posts out of old casters and use those took a bit of work as I am a 100% disabled vet that cant move very ell total time was 2 hrs to get it done cuz i have difficulty getting down to floor then getting bk in bed. Needless to say table moved so smooth without having to be dragged... for about 10 min. Had to go make water(showing age here lol) pushed table away and maneuvered into wheel chair upon rtn pulled table back to bed when the worst occurred, 1 of the casters had 1 wheel fall off hopefully other stays in place till i can find yet another replacement hopefully vendor sees this and send replacements.
