I use olive oil frequently and I really like this one. I love the taste. The only downside is the spout. It's good for drizzling, but not great when I need 1/3 cup or more. I had no problem removing/replacing the spout from the 1st bottle i bought. But the spout on the second bottle just wouldn't come out. Even with pliers.

This is my favorite olive oil for dressing and dipping that is widely available. Has more flavor - fruity, nutty and floral, than others I've commonly found. Mix 1 part of this olive oil with 2 parts raw apple cider vinegar for an easy and delicious salad dressing, or add some fresh cracked pepper to the oil for a great french bread dip.

I am no expert on olive oils having tried only 3 or 4 what would be considered high end extra virgin olive oils, but I use this one often for finishing and sometimes sauteing if I am not using too high a temperature that would hit the smoke point for this olive oil. I tried this olive oil based on other professional and personal reviews and I was not disappointed. If you don't have a greater knowledge of olive oils than I do you may want to give this one a try.

If the oil you purchased isn't very fresh I would return it, you will not get the full experience of this oil.
