    My toddler loves this drawing board. The colors are super awesome, I didn’t know they even made colored ones until I started looking for one for my daughter. When I was a kid they just had black! My only critique would be that it’s definitely not the most sturdy thing in the world, and having some kind of backing on it would make it twice as good. Maybe a lap cushion or even just a plastic backing would suffice. Anything is better than nothing. Overall it works for what it needs to do and it was affordable.

    The first time I ordered this item, it was defective. Whatever was created on the doodle board would start disappearing almost immediately. BUT, I really really liked it otherwise - its lightweight, a nice big size, and has the magnetic holders for the shapes (instead of the clip-in holders, if that makes sense). I decided to take a chance and return the defective one for a replacement and hope that I wouldn't have the same problem. The replacement arrived and it works perfectly! I gifted it to our babysitter because the kids destroyed the one she had at their house. Saw this went on a lightening deal sale for $16.99 so I quickly ordered it again to keep at our house! The second one delivered and is in perfect shape, no defect with the writing disappearing. The first one I ordered was on sale for $19.99. If you're interested, but not quite ready to purchase - keep this one on your watch list! Might go on sale again sometime :) I would definitely buy this again.

    I remember using one of these as a child so I had to get my daughter one! I love that this has different colors on the pad instead of just black. The little stamps are magnetic to their little slots and so we haven’t had an issue with losing them so far. The pen is the perfect size/shape for little hands. Only thing is my daughter does have a hard time getting the pen out of the slot it’s stored in. But the string seemed nice and sturdy as she’s used that to put the pen out most times.
