I can’t add to what everyone says about how easy it is to use and how effective it is, but I can tell you that I broke mine within a month. I think I put to much pressure on it while twisting it. I wrote to the company, and they replied right away. I had a new mop delivered in two days.

I was pleased with the assembly as it was explained well and took just a few minutes. I thought it was a little harder to push over the floor than I expected. My laminate has a wood grain finish so this may be part of it. It left a soft gloss to the surface which I liked. I did not use it on hardwood so I could not answer that question. I am happy with the way the spray operates and think it is much nicer than just a mop.

I am so impressed with this product ! The extra wide mop head covers a lot of floor space in half the time of my previous mops. The mop head also is well designed to get close to baseboards and doesn’t scratch walls.The cleaning product is very effective but is not harsh and safe around pets. This product is easy and quick to use so it saves me a lot of time while delivering a great clean!

This "mop" is an excellent way for us to clean our vinyl laminate floors. It cleans very well. No streaks and it is very easy to use. The pad does a good job picking up dirt etc. It doesn't take a lot of the solution. We bought extra pads so we will have a clean one all the time. I hated the "Swi****rs*. They were expensive and didn't leave the floor looking clean and the pads had to be replaced way too much. This new mop will save us money and will be easier to use.

The one thing I wish it had was a ring at the end of the handle so we could hang it up in between uses. I don't like the idea of leaving it on the floor with a wet pad so the pad will have to be removed each time we need to put it away.

Received the spray mop. Wife used it once it worked excellent. She tried to use it again a couple weeks later and it would not spray. Of course it was 2 days past the Amazon return window. Called the Bona's support number. They were very helpful in trying to help me fix the problem; still would not spray. They very gladly sent me another spray mop at no cost. I rate them 5 stars. Only complaint was that I was on hold for 45+ minutes with some TERRIBLE on hold music. Otherwise they came through for me. Thanks
