Product Description

How to use

1.Insert threader into needle shaft until the folded end of the wire appears at the other end. Place thread inside the wire loop.

2.Put threader back through the needle shaft emerges from the needle tip. Remove thread from the threader.

3.Insert threader through the eye from back (rounded) side to front (beveled) side.Place thread inside the wire loop.

4.Pull the needle eye. Remove thread from the threader,leaving enough thread.

5.Repeat the process.A beautiful piece of artwork can be done .

Instructions for use

You work from the back of the fabric and push the punch needle though and pull it out through the same hole, move a little bit and repeat leaving a line of loops on the right side of the fabric.

About unraveling

Keep the needle in contact with the surface of the fabric as you pull out and move along your row. There is nothing actually holding your loops in place except the weave of the fabric and the right density of the stitches packed together. If you pull out too far, the stitch comes out with the needle.Otherwise the stitches are close enough to each other to prevent unraveling.

Punch Needle Embroidery Kit

Hand washing is best so as to prevent the threads from coming undone in the machine.

If you want to fix the stitches, you can stick the back with glue.

    I am giving this a medium score in price because I ended up breaking it within an hour and totally stripped the tension knob almost immediately. Otherwise it’s a great product that helps speed up the embroidery process. I might need a more industrial type of mechanism. I was embroidering through linen.

    Magic embroidery pen. You can not embroider like the sample they give you. According to the videos you need a very tight woven fabric that you put in a hoop and when you take it out the fabric relaxes back locking around the threads. It pretty much leaves loopsnon the other side. It cant be used on any fabric because it will unravel when washed or you pull on it. I dont know why it was advertised and embroidery instead of a punch system.
    It will not do what you think if you want to do embroidery designs.

    After reading mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance on this magic embroidery pen. I wanted to work on a couple of embroidery/stitching projects and thought this would be a WAY faster way to do it, rather than the old fashioned way. Many of the reviews stated that was impossible to thread and there were no instructions. This was NOT my experience at all. The instructions for use and also threading were very thorough. However, the embroidery pen did not save a ton of time. It was easy enough to use, but the punch method provided for much room for error (either due to the type of fabric, type of embroidery floss, or some unknown factor) and many of the stitches fell out and had to be redone. Therefore, it really didn't save me any time. I wouldn't say it's a definite no, but I wouldn't give it an A+ rating.

    Its super cute and I was excited to use it. I absolutely love the little scissors. The main reason I got this was for the adjustable punch needle because I got a kit that called for "setting #6" and this was the only numbered adjustable needle. However, because it's adjustable, the needle gets pushed back into it when you try to put it through the fabric. So you have to hold it the right way so that can't happen but not put too much force or else it'll push out. Other than that, the kit is perfect and I love it
