Gourmet Prime Rib Seasoning

A balanced blend of flavors to perfect your prime rib roast

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, black pepper, spices, bell pepper, garlic, onion, mustard seed

Perfect Prime Rib Roast Directions

1, 4-6 pound boneless rib roast

1 cup butter, room temperature

1/2 cup Rodelle Prime Rib Seasoning

Preheat oven to 500°F

Mix Rodelle Prime Rib Seasoning with butter
Rub the herb butter all over the roast, then place in a roasting pan with rack
Bake for 7 minutes per lb of meat for medium rare
Turn off heat and leave the roast in the oven for 1-2 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium rare or 140°F for medium. Do not open the door
Remove from oven and let rest before slicing
