If you remember the big block of sugar wafers your dad used to eat while watching TV, these are very similar. Reminiscent of those blocks of sugar, but these are healthy and more delicious (love the touch of tangy lemon!), and only 3 carbs. They are awesome! I read some of the negative reviews. They are ridiculous. I have been following low-carb diet; have lost 25 pounds; and, these are absolutely the best treat! What's more, the Chocolate Mint flavor are very similar to Girl Scouts Thin Mints. If you put them in the freezer, it hard to tell the difference. I love, love, love these protein bars. SO MUCH BETTER than the cardboard low-carb bars out there. These are great!

OMG I love these bars!!! First of all I will say I’m a gastric bypass patient. I’ve probably tried EVERY protein bar out there. I don’t eat cake, pie, etc. I love the taste of lemon. I had mixed feelings trying these with the reviews but they were less than $6 so I said why not. I’m glad I did. Mine are nice and crispy, and no it’s not a huge lemon flavor, it’s subtle. The more lemon the more sweetener you need. The ONLY problem with them is I should have my husband lock them up and only let me have one a day lol. I’ve tried all the Atkins bars and this is my favorite. If you are on the fence spend the $6.

Sept 2021 update: Atkins has added more soft creamy stuff between the crisp wafers. Taste is the same but the soft stuff oozes out as you hold or bite into the wafer making it very messy to handle and it may stick to the wrapper unlike the previous version. Also the creamy stuff overwhelms the wafers so that it no longer seems to crunch like it used to. I won't be buying any more.

Can you afford to buy a box of these every day? If you're like me, you want to eat them all the same day you open the box. THEY'RE DELICIOUS! And that's a terrible thing. So I'm working on my self-control. I try not to buy them too often because when they are in the house---I eat them.

The smell and flavor is excellent, but the crunch also gets you. Bite in and hear and feel that crunch. So satisfying. The bar slides out of its shiny tube easily so you can bite off more. Before you know it, it's gone, and you are reaching for another bar. Atkins makes lots of tasty, healthy snacks but for me this one is over the top.

I love all things lemon, and was super excited for these, as I've just started Keto meal plans and was wanting to have some kind of snacks that were easy to have on-hand and on-the-go. These left a nassssty aftertaste in my mouth that would just NOT go away :( I debated on actually throwing them away, but I hate to waste stuff, so I'll probably force myself to eat what I can...before I end up throwing them away in the long-run because they'll just sit there and get stale.

On a side note, I absolutely LOVE the Atkins Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar!! My boyfriend had bought them and I was skeptical, since I'm a chocoholic...but they're actually pretty tasty. They definitely cure that chocolate fix when I need it! They kind of remind me of the Little Debbie Fudge Brownies, but not quite as...greasy, I guess.

I had to have this kind before they all disappeared now that Atkins doesn’t make the lemon flavor anymore, but I should have just let it go. First off it was expensive for a box of 5 bars, but the worst part was they arrived smelling strongly stale before I even opened the box, and tasted old and gross. I’m sure the lemon wafers were good before sitting around, and even though the use by date wasn’t for another year, they tasted like the box had been lost in the back of a truck knocking around during all seasons. Gross.
