    Pedal doesn't work half of the time
    Most often we have to manually open the top lid because the pedal gets stuck and doesn't open the trash can lid. Also, the silver inserts are flimsy and once the trash bag is full, you have to really maneuver to remove the trash bag as it has expanded past the size of the flimsy holders. Overall, it's a trash can, but definitely not hands free like we expected.

    I have this in my kitchen, and so far I really like it. It keeps smells out extremely well, and lasts a family of three about a week before it needs to be changed but even then there is no smell. Very easy to put bags in and they don’t slide in and make a mess because of the latches. It does have a difficulty closing and opening once it’s heavy, but I don’t think that’s a big deal and it’s to be expected. Would recommend, thumbs up from me

    Overall acceptable but not my fav by far. On the plus side, it came completely assembled! That's a good thing ☺️. On the negative side... The lid doesn't open enough for me! Which makes it more difficult to insert the empty bags, and I imagine even harder extracting the full ones. And not opening enough it keeps on trying to close on my hands 😔. It should open to more than 90 degrees AND/OR (preferably AND) have some system to allow to temporary lock in the lid in open position WITHOUT having to keep pressing the pedal. Also a negative for me is the bag securing system! Not as easy as looks in the item images and not as secure as I'm used to. Between these 2 negatives, inserting my first bag was not as pleasant or as fast as I'd hoped for with the lid keeping on closing on me while trying to proper fit the bag. Quite comical actually lol.

    Well, I only took one star out for 2 major negative for me, in the hope that I'll get used to it and won't feel as aggravated by it in the near future 😊. Or maybe I'll find a way to make the lid to STAY open without my foot lol. Guess I'll have to learn trash multitasking 😊

    This is OK, I got it working now. I was very delighted that this already came assembled for me so I didnt have to do nothin. Installing the bag is easy logic wise, but the design blows and makes it difficult.

    Basically the bag holder / clips are too far apart - the mouth of the can is a little too wide that when you install the liner, the clips do not go back down like in the video. They kept popping back up as the bag holder diameter is slightly bigger than the diameter of the bag.

    Basically, what you have to do is really stretch and finagle the bag, being careful not to tear it and it helps if you already have something in the bag to help stretch it. But no way in he11 did the dude in the video use the same bag. He probably used a 30 gallon one just for the video.

    The can itself is awesome sturdy and clean, with easy to wipe down surfaces. You just have to mess with the bag holder and bag for a while so dont do this when you have to be somewhere, cause its going to take you a good few minutes to put a new bag in there.

    Now Im not aware of any bag size between 13 and 30 gallon. Maybe there is, someone let me know. The bag holder needs to be a touch smaller in width.

    I have endured this product since May 25 2020 and have been thinking about writing this review every time I have too replace the bag. The wings that retain the bag always pop out of the holes that they sit in. This really is a poorly designed product that was clearly designed to maximize profit. There are many alternatives on Amazon, don't waste your money on the overpriced TRASH can. I feel that I would be generous if I could honestly give it one star. It really should be -1 star.
