Finding these dino eggs with the regular Easter eggs was quite a surprise and they ran around searching for them.The plaster is a little tough to dig through so letting the other eggs soak while you work on one saves some waiting time. The little digger tools are sharp so watch little ones so they don't poke themselves.I'm glad I brought the kiddie pool in to contain the mess! Very fun toy and kept them busy for quite awhile!!!

    Bought these for my 9 year old for Easter. He had them before and knew that you could just use a cup of water instead of breaking them apart lol. I had him take them out on the porch to open, I wish I would of thought to have him lay down newspapers to catch the mess. He enjoyed messing with them even though he had them before and I think he was just a bit too old to truly enjoy what was intended. It seems to be basically chalk because he then used a larger rock to bust one open and then used a good size piece to write all our names on the sidewalk lol.

    We ordered these for an Easter party but they’d be great for a Bday party.
    Yes it’s very messy so do it outside or give each child a big tin tray that you can throw away. Soak the eggs for 3-5 minutes and then let the kids dig and scrape out their dinosaur. I would also have a washing station where kids can wash off their dinosaur. Make sure to have 3-5 eggs per kid at a party because they’re going to love this!
