Overall, i think it is a pretty tastu snack for moms
I unfortunately can’t tell you if they work or not because one bite into one cookie and I broke a tooth! They are rock hard and the flavor is so disgusting. I’m wondering if some of these reviews were paid for or if these people are eating something different than me. Besides being rock hard, the taste is unbearable and lingers forever. Horrible taste and texture. Ew.
I suggest you buy a different brand, bake them yourself, or get supplements. But by no means should you purchase these “cookies”!
