Delicious cookie snack! Easy packaging to stick some in the diaper bag and just an overall tasty treat and easy to grab while being a Busy breast feeding mama! I definitely did my homework on researching which ingredients actually are proven to increase your breast milk supply and these cookies are one in the only very few snack items that actually have all three ingredients necessary to boost milk production! I wanted to make my own lactation cookies as it wouldn’t be very hard to do other than the fact of being a mom of two little ones there isn’t much free hands to do so-which is why these cookies I am grateful for!

After using the drink mix for my first child I saw these pop up on amazon and I love them even more than the drink mix! The cookies are delicious and have the same amount of fenugreek as the drink mix but taste like a regular cookie. Purchased these and the chocolate cookies and saw an increase after the second day. So much easier than the teas or capsules. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, out of the lactation cookies I’ve tried so far these seemed to have a good taste at first but after a couple bites they have a funny after taste. I’ve tried them a few times wanting to make use of them but I’m not gonna waste calories on them. Im still looking for a great tasting lactation cookie...

These cookies are delicious. I'm generally try to eat healthy and am not normally a fan of prepared packaged foods but these are surprisingly tasty and have a clean ingredient list. If you don't have homemade lactation cookies, these are a good alternative. I kept a box by my pump for those times at night when you're pumping (or feeding) and you're STARVING. When my daughter was born she ended up in the NICU because she wasn't getting enough from me. We had latching problems and my milk supply was very slow to come in so we had to supplement her for the first few weeks. I was pumping every 2-3 hours for 30 minutes around the clock and it would take 4-5 sessions to barely get enough for one feeding. I was desperate and trying everything. These cookies started off as my late night pumping snack and eventually I would just have a pack once or twice a day as a snack. After about a month I was able to get my baby completely off formula and exclusively onto breast milk and a couple of weeks later I was producing enough to be able to freeze some. Now since i was trying lots of things at once, I can't say if it was these cookies or something else I did or just genetics doing what it would have done anyway. But the cookies were quite tasty and I felt a less guilty eating them as a snack that at least had the right ingredients and might help my milk supply. And we new moms need anything that helps us feel less guilty about something! Knocked off a star because, like everything baby related, they have a baby-markup and are a bit pricey for cookies.

I order 1 box of milkflow cookies. It was very tasty. I dont know if my milkflow increased or not. I think it will take more cookies to find out. But the max consumption of cookies were 2bags (4 cookies) probably need to be a monthly order to find out if themilk really increased

Overall, i think it is a pretty tastu snack for moms

I have made my own lactation cookies, friends made them, and I’ve purchased a different brand (they were the chocolate oatmeal ones with rainbow M&Ms)...so I have experience. I would have stuck with the previous brand I got on Amazon but they were not available at the time of purchase. I can’t get my money back so I have to just throw away the money.

I unfortunately can’t tell you if they work or not because one bite into one cookie and I broke a tooth! They are rock hard and the flavor is so disgusting. I’m wondering if some of these reviews were paid for or if these people are eating something different than me. Besides being rock hard, the taste is unbearable and lingers forever. Horrible taste and texture. Ew.

I suggest you buy a different brand, bake them yourself, or get supplements. But by no means should you purchase these “cookies”!

I love the oatmeal raisin...taste alone would receive 5 stars but they also work...it normally takes about 2 days before I see results and the results only last as long you have a daily serving...the price is a bit steep..especially if you have the recommended 2 servings a day (1box last 5 days at 2 servings a day)...but I'd rather pay the money to produce more milk over having to give my baby formula. The chocolate chip is a bit salty for my liking..but it works faster than the oatmeal raisin..so I buy both
