Everything about these beans is great. They are supple, moist, split easily, are relatively similar sizes, the caviar is both plentiful and flavorful.

I got a massive quantity of the pods in order to make extract as a gift for a lot of people. It worked out perfectly, and people are raving about the extract.

I made myself a giant bottle of extract at the same time using 100 proof alcohol, as you can see from the picture.

The bottle was clear, the deep color is all from the beans sitting in there for only 2 months.

I'd 100% buy these again.
