Apparently the company took notice of everyone’s reviews and now Mark them as the picture shows, a little disappointed that some reviews are NEGATIVE!! You’re paying a dollar per sanding sponge and want $5.00 quality! Use and discard as needed, how many of you think sandpaper lasts for years?? It all depends on what you’re sanding, rusted metal, hardwoods vs. softwoods etc: if only sanding/ finishing plaster/spackle for Sheetrock, suggest vacuuming buildup after use! For the price.. this set is awesome, would definitely purchase again!

The sanding sponge wears down quickly. I bought 5" SandNet (Diablo Company name) sanding pads for another project using my electric palm sander. I wrapped the SandNet pads around the sanding sponge and the results were fantastic. Better then the 3M sanding sponges as well as store brand sanding sponges. The SandNet type pad is thinner then all other brands of 5" round sanding pads and hugs the sponge pad incredibly well. You also still use the pad on an electric palm sander or a round hook and loop manual sander also sold on Amazon.

I love that they have the numbers on the end of them, that is super helpful. I think they are a good value since you get 2 of each for a decent price. I will say they don't seem to last long. I would recommend these for light projects. I probably would order again.
