Bonus, this product has some blueberries in the bag, albeit dried sort of like raisins, blueberries are a super food and fun to eat!

The good - tastes great. Mostly a whole food type product, not a lot of factory processing in granola. The bad - expensive per ounce. Eating healthy is far more expensive than eating cheaply, unless you've got the space and time to grow your own.

I pretty much live on this right now as it's easy and isn't meat or cheese - thankfully! As a Keto person I want to eat more plants and grains and nuts so this is awesome. I don't follow the guidelines on portions or I'd be starving - sorry, it takes more than a small 1/2 cup to fill me up. So I eat as much as I want and I haven't gained any weight at all. It's pricey, but it's high quality so I think it's worth it personally. I'm now ordering it on subscribe and save so I get a few packets a month and that does it for me. I also tried the chocolate flavor, but I prefer this one with the blueberries. I had to hide it from my kids because they kept eating it - which is fine, but they're not on Keto so...there's that. Happy to answer any questions if I can - but I know tastes are all so different. I'm so happy this does not have flax or anything I can't stand in it. Woot. Oh and I have a lot of energy if you can't tell.

It's an okay product. Even though there is dried blueberries in it, the blueberry flavor isn't really prominent or even noticeable. Because it doesn't have added sugar, it isn't sweet. Thankfully, it has monk fruit extract which is a kind of natural(?) sugar substitute, So it isn't overly sweet but it's still somewhat palatable. It's also keto-diet friendly given its fiber content but by no means is it a diet granola. I like the Vanilla-Strawberry and Cacao flavors better.
