    My elderly parents absolutely loved this puzzle!! They are pretty fast at putting puzzles together, so I looked through Amazon to see if I could send them a challenging puzzle. This one was it! When they opened the Amazon package and saw this, they laughed. They absolutely loved the colorful, challenging puzzle! It only took them less than a few days to put this together ..so here I go again looking for another puzzle. Great puzzle..great brand!!

    I am an avid jigsaw puzzler, taking on 500 to 2,000 piece puzzles at any given time. I particularly like Buffalo Game puzzles because of their sturdy pieces, vibrant colors and interesting themes. I’ve already completed their Cat series and have done many Aimee Stewart puzzles as well. I thought the “Yard Sale” puzzle would be a bit challenging because of the many items in the picture but it turned out to be easier than expected and a joy to look at. I donate most of my puzzles, but this one is a keeper!

    Because I’ve purchased so many Buffalo puzzles, I know that the pieces used to be sealed in a bag before placing in the box. Lately, however, at least three puzzles I purchased came with the pieces not bagged, only loosely stored in the box. This bothers me because the last Buffalo puzzle purchased a month ago at a big box store came with loose pieces, was very difficult to open the box (felt like the top was Super-glued), and a piece was missing. Made me wonder if this was a re-sold puzzle. Jigsaw puzzles have become quite expensive the past couple of years and I wouldn’t want a used puzzle. So I will keep a wary eye out for Buffalo puzzles and continue to stick with Ravensburger, White Mountain, Clementoni and Eurographics because these companies not only bag their pieces but shrink wrap the box as well. I would recommend a Buffalo Games puzzle though.

    So pleased to find no annoying puzzle dust at the bottom of the box I emptied the pieces into! Additionally, the pieces, which were all there, were exceptionally sturdy and clean with no unintended blurry images, no peeling cardboard and the pieces were almost shiny making them easy to see and they felt so smooth to the touch! I must say, this puzzle was more difficult than I anticipated. Quite a few pieces "almost" fit & "almost" matched, especially along the roof line by the flag banner. At one point, I was beginning to think I had received a defective puzzle. But, after studying it a bit, I realized, as always happens when I question my bank statements that aren't balancing, that indeed it wasn't the error of the puzzle manufacturer (or bank) but mine! I ended up having to redo a chunk of the puzzle, with the end result being quite satisfying! And a fun puzzle picture for those who miss our yard sales during this pandemic!
