After a vehicle behind me hit my Bike Rack I decided I needed to somehow alert drivers behind me that there was a bike rack behind the back of my car. I ordered this reflective, yellow and black tape, thinking it would be a good solution, but I quickly found out on two different bike racks That this product does not stick. On both of my racks within a day or less of applying, even after cleaning the rack with acetone prior to application the reflective tape was lifting on both sides. I cannot recommend this product.

I wrapped pieces of this tape around the small tubes of my luggage racks near the rear of my motorcycle but it seems to want to peel off. It's likely due to the thickness of the tape and therefore it's natural inclination and desire to be on a more flat surface. It seems to be sticking well on other flat surfaces.
